Help keeping baby awake at breast

I need some help! I saw a lactation consultant today and she told me my baby is getting too much foremilk (she likes to only nurse 5 minutes at a time)

She told me she wants her to eat 20 minutes at a time on one boob until it feels drained. The problem is I cannot get her to nurse longer than 10 minutes.

I can keep her awake for 10 minutes but then she will NOT open her mouth no matter what I do!
