Does our miscarriage rate lower the further along we get??

Hey ladies I’m curious to know if women with pcos if our miscarriage chances lower after hearing heartbeat just like women that don’t have pcos. I’m currently 11 weeks 3 days we have seen baby 3 times now and have heard the heartbeat each time. We went yesterday baby measures two days ahead with heartbeat of 158 Dr said it looks perfect she doesn’t see any concerns except for the higher risk of gestational diabetes. I’m curious if I still should worry about miscarriage since I have pcos?
