I’ve been given the pesarys for my unborn baby to come out that died at 8weeks+ I would of been 11w 3d today what is this I past I’ve been in pain since sat and this is only the big clot I’ve passed xx I did go through it and couldn’t see no baby xx

Im so sorry you're going through this. This is a clot. It's the beginning of the expulsion stage. I had to do this with our triplets at 9w2d (one triplet passed at around 6 week) You will know when it's the baby unfortunately. It will be a white mass in a sack. Those are not the feet. I know that's no comfort to you. Also the chances are the fetal tissue will come out when you're on the toilet. You get a pressure in your pelvis like you need a poo. It's up to you whether you choose to retrieve. Again I'm so sorry for your loss.

That just looks like a clot with some lining in it the sack will be kind of gray coloured with veins in it, I’m so sorry for your loss
