first dilation check I wasn’t dilated at all. The second, I was 1cm. And I just got checked and I’m still at 1cm. I’m 40w2d today and my doctor really doesn’t want me to pass 41 weeks. I know there’s walking and having sex. What are some other ways I can dilate some more?
