Pregnant ??

Question

So I took a pregnancy test today around 1pm and it immediately turned positive. I have had dark brown spotting over the last few days so I went to the doctor to make sure everything was okay. Their urine test was negative but the blood test was positive (barely at 29) and the ultrasound didn’t show anything in my uterus yet. My last period was July 18th but I tend to range anywhere from 30-41 days. What are your thoughts?

It would still be to early to see anything on ultrasound and the doctors test aren't as sensitive. If theirs doesn't show a blazing positive within a couple minutes they'll say it's negative, even if a faint line pops up. In a couple of days get another blood draw so you can see if the hcg doubled.

I think pregnancy tests at the doctor are way less sensitive than home pregnancy tests. I would test again and see how it turns out. Ask to get another beta to see the rise ik HCG.
