Trying not to think about it!

I'm 9 dpo today and on 7 dpo I had what I think was some extremely light spotting. It was yellowish/brownish and very, very little. My nipples are tender, but they often are a week before my period. I just have that feeling that this is our month...but I've had that before. I'm trying to just relax and not get my hopes up but it's not working very well! AF isn't due for 6-7 more days. Anyone else in the same boat??
