is it safe for him to finish in me?

I’ve been on the pill for about a week now and my period is just ending. My boyfriend and I have had sex raw maybe 95% of the time in the past but he always pulled out, wore a condom, or we’d get an emergency contraceptive. My doctor gave me a few pointers but I didn’t know how to ask this question... how safe is it for him to finish in me? Can he do it regularly? I know there will always be risks but what are the odds? What do u ladies do? Thanks in advance :)💕
