Anyone suffer for bloating constipation and loss appetite at 10 week ?🤢😣

So I am 10 week 3day and I am really bloated and having constipation only at night I am feeling hungry but can’t really eat anything cause everything is doesn’t sound good to me 🤢

Snap, I look a lot further along about 7 months and I’m only ten week😭 my food options are so limited at the moment

i’m 9 weeks 4 days & have been on anti nausea pills since 7 weeks. i even puke up metamucil when trying to help with the constipation. the only thing i could eat for a while was ramen. plain ramen & i force myself a glass of chocolate milk in the morning. you can also try a light smoothie & add flaxseed to it! best wishes!!
