What r the ways to get orgasm

Hi friends, could you all please suggest different ways to get orgasm. I only get it after my husband rubs me down at one particular point fir long time(not suddenly it has gone longggggg..) . Sometimes feel he too gets pain and tired in his finger by continually rubbing his finger, and I desperately make that sound just to make the process faster lol.
