Post tubal

So I had a c-section and tubal done 13months ago. I breastfed until baby was 10months old and didn’t have my first period until about two months ago. I just finished my cycle last week well yesterday I started again but the crazy thing is I only bleed when I wipe. I also have been having a severe headache for the past week that won’t go away no matter what I take. When on my period I bleed heavy like I would have just had my baby and pass a lot of clots, hot flashes like I’m going through menopause, dizziness. Are these all normal side effects of having a tubal or could it be something else going on? I’ve put in a call to my dr. Office waiting on the nurse to call me back. Looking for feed back has anyone else experienced this?
