Condoms

So I’ve never had a condom break on me and I’ve heard that sometimes you don’t notice it broke until after you are done. If a condom breaks will you notice it whether it be during or after sex? Is there ever times where you or the guy really can’t tell if it broke or not (like the hole was really really tiny). If at some point or another, you will no for sure if the condom broke?
