Is it true your body gets ready for labor and you get diarrhea before?? How long before?? 
I’m so embarrassed to poop while pushing her out 🤦🏼‍♀️

I pooped during labor with my first. I’m pretty sure most people do. There are so few things you care about at that point, it is really not as embarrassing as you think it will be 🤷‍♀️

I didn’t have diarrhea at all. So no. Most women poop during labor.

You won’t be able to really tell or see it either.  They don’t tell you and you won’t care at that point😉.

Most people poop during labor, but the nurses are always super cool about it and they honestly just clean it up and don’t even tell you, they don’t wanna embarrass you. Unless you clean out your system before hand. You will poop

I feel like the whole poop during labor thing is such a HUGE misconception. Pooping is completely normal but it's also not like you're gonn go into labor and drop a hot steamer in the nurses hand!! (This is just my experience btw) Maybe a couple of little nugs but not a log I promise!! And if you don't see it yourself they aren't gonna inform you of what happened. My brother in law and I made an unspoken vow of silence both times! If you are super worried about it eat a high fiber diet until the wee one gets here, that way you're super regular and not worried!

I did not poop during labor with my son... the nurses told me there was almost nothing to clean up and it was the cleanest birth they’d ever seen. However, I didn’t actually have to push. He slid out on his own. So no- you don’t always poop. I know I did with my oldest daughter and am unsure about my middle child. But it’s nothing out of the norm. Don’t worry about it. If you do, you do... if you don’t, you don’t!

I pooped with my first and I didn’t even realize it happened until the doctor made a comment about me having a bowl movement. She said that it was a good because it meant that I was pushing with the right muscles. Nobody really cares and you won’t either in the moment.
