My hand is constantly numb its getting ridiculous it won't stop 😩 any tips on how to stop it please??

No tips, same thing happens to me, doctor said it will honestly just get worse until I deliver. Something about baby laying on a nerve or something .. it started in my pointer finger and now it’s my wrist and two fingers. Sometimes it helps to apply pressure or hold my hand above my head

Yep, carpal tunnel. In addition to what everyone else has said, you can try taking extra vitamin B6. It hasn’t made it go away completely, but that made a big difference for me.

It’s carpel tunnel. I run mine hand under cold water and does help a little. You could also try a brace but otherwise it will just go away on its own after delivery.

Carple tunnel. I have it in both hands I had to buy wrist braces on Amazon and wear them at night and honestly I should probably wear them during the day too but there's no way I could do that LOL you can take some Tylenol and ice them. But basically when you're compressing the median nerve in your wrist and arm and neck that's what controls the sensation in your thumb pointer and middle finger and that's why it feels numb and tingly. nothing else you can do except have the baby and it should go away within a month or two I'm told. It's miserable it's starting to keep me up at night even with the wrist braces.
