Pregnancy symptoms?

o on about 8/20 I had a strange pain through the low right side of my abdomen that went straight through to my low back. That pain lasted for about two days and slowly dissipated. When I tried to look up symptoms it seemed to fall in line with implantation bleeding. I had also just come off birth control on 08/02 and and had sex 08/09 after I quit birth control. It should be noted that we did not use any protection but he also did not ejaculate. (I know you can get pregnant without) My expected periods was supposed to be 08/22 through 08/28. I took a pregnancy test 08/24 and got a negative result. I’ve had sudden terrible headaches, I’ve been really tired this week, my breast’s are tender, I have suddenly cried very easily, I feel slightly faint every time I stand up, and obviously I’ve missed my period. Does it seem like it’s enough to be pregnant? When should I try and test again. I think I may have tested a bit too early because I got anxious.
