Question ? Help

I was going on vacation and didn’t want to bleed so I skipped into a new pack of birth control. ( I’ve done this before) . I took it everyday on schedule and was cool.

I’m back from vacation and sometimes I take my pill on schedule and sometimes I think it’s too late so I just double up the next day.

I’ve got cramps and a little blood everyday. Just confused because this has never happened when I skip into a new pack.
