I need help!

I am 22 weeks and went for an ultrasound today. I had my anatomy scan a couple of weeks ago and they couldn’t 100% tell me gender then. We went back today and he said it looks like a girl because he didn’t see a penis. He said he is ambiguous about it. They ended up doing blood work to tell what the gender is. He said one of the reasons it could be unclear would be due to the baby having low potassium and salt. Which to treat would simply be steroids or IV fluids once the baby is born. Have any of you all had anything similar and had such a hard time finding out the gender of the baby? I can’t help but be worried. If he sees no penis then that’s a girl?!?
