Gaining weight 😭

It's been 12 weeks since my c-section. Im good but if i stand for long period of time my back, my hips and my belly hurts. I'm breastfeeding my baby and this makes me soooo hungry that i keep on eating chocolates and cookies. I can't STOP. I was 57 kgs before pregnancy, 68 kgs in the last month of pregnancy and 7 days after my c-section I was 62 kgs. Now im 66kgs. The area above my hips is all fats. My legs my thighs and my arms. Everything is fat and unshaped. I've stretch marks all over my body. I want to lose weight. Can i start some kind of exercises? My doctor isn't in the country but i can't wait more. Anyone who started exercising to lose wait? I can't join gym either because no one is going to take care of my daughter. There is no such system as caretakers and nannies in our country. Any advice? Can you tell me any type of exercises? (considering I haven't done any kind of exercise all my life except walking 😅)
