Feeling depressed 😢

So I gave birth to my beautiful babygirl on the 21st and everything was smooth with my labor & delivery .. however ‘ I did get the epidural .. with getting the epidural I now have spinal headaches and the blood patch worked for a day then I got the headaches again . Doctor said to let it heal on its own but it requires strict bedrest .. I had to stop breast feeding my babygirl because I can’t even sit up .. I feel so helpless right now because I did not picture this .. tryna stay in good spirits but it’s so hard .
