Two boils on breast

This week I noticed I have to boils on my left breast. One is about a centimeter away from my nipple and I’m so paranoid that I’m goin to hurt my baby if I continue breastfeeding. I covered it with a bandaid bc it went to a head today. Before today I know my son has definitely touched it as he is 6 months and likes to fidget while he feeds ...Has any ever had any experience with this? Am I harming my baby? Will he get a boil?!
