started my second miscarriage 😢

Had my first miscarriage at 9weeks in Jan & last night began another one at 3 weeks 😔 my doctor was so assuring that I shouldn't have any issues with another miscarriage and here I am. I feel heartbroken... I feel like something is wrong with me.... I have a 3 year old and had no issues during my pregnancy I'm getting worried something is wrong with me? I know people have it worse but has anyone successfully got pregnant after 2 miscarriages.. Should I go to the doctors? I just feel lost and hopeless and angry.. It took 8 months to conceive again and now back to square one 😢
