What is this feeling??

Question

So it’s going to sound very odd and weird. I don’t know how else to describe it. I keep getting this feeling/pain that runs from my left side near my groin down my leg. Doesn’t go all the way down. But i can feel it in the clit area and the only way I can explain it is after you’ve masterbated too long or had sex too long and it’s that uncomfortable feeling? It’s not just in the clit area. This isn’t a contraction right??

Sounds like nerve pain. Your sciatic nerve runs down the butt and the back of your legs.   There’s also a lateral femoral cutaneous nerve that runs down the front of the hip near the joint and among the front and side of the thigh. 
Pain, numbness, odd tingling sensations in either place are really common in pregnancy. The nerves get compressed, because your body has more fluid which presses on them and the pelvic is relaxing and widening. The baby/uterus can also directly press on nerves later in pregnancy. 
For me the best relief for nerve pain was gentle exercises and stretches (yoga is great!) and getting extra memory foam for my mattress to relieve some of the pressure while sleeping.
