I posted about this awhile back, but in February 2019 I got my second ear lobe piercings and cartilage piercing, both with a gun. I already know the gun was stupid, please refrain from telling me it was a bad idea. I know, because I’m still dealing with it, unfortunately!! My cartilage gets irritated easily, but it’s fine. However on one side, my second ear lobe piercing won’t heal. I’ve changed them before, sterling silver irritated it the most, so I changed it back to the surgical steel that I was pierced with. Tonight I was getting into the shower and I looked at my ear and touched it, and so much pus just oozed out of the piercing. It isn’t hurting me, but there was so much pus it was disgusting. I can’t go to the doctor right now because I’m on vacation until Monday, but when I get back, should I see a doctor or go to a professional piercer first? It’s literally been 6 months and they aren’t healed all the way. I clean them every night!
