Need help

I know this is dumb and I’m dumb. But 3 weeks ago we go into and the cops were involved , because I wanted to take all my belongings and go and he put a trustpassing on me.. so now I’m back , he wants me here but when we get into he say “ your not suppose to be here anyway “ will i go to jail , even though HE WANTS ME HERE ? EVEN THOUGH HE TOLD ME COME BACK? like what should I do
