Question about pumping and breastfeeding

I exclusively breastfed my daughter until she was 1yo. That was because she refused to take a bottle and I was a sahm anyways. I’m 8 months pregnant and won’t be a sahm and this baby will need to take a bottle....

Everything I read says to pump 10-15 min after each nursing session, but it doesn’t say whether to pump on both breasts or just the one they didn’t nurse on. I over produced with my daughter so she barely emptied one breast let alone both especially in the beginning.
