Please help!

I hope this is the right group, I am almost 23, I lost my virginity at 17 and have been sexually active since about 18 or so. With breaks in between. I’ve never had a pap-smear before! And now I’ve got one scheduled soon! I’m really nervous so if anyone could please give me some tips on preparing and calming myself down. I’m just nervous being in a doctors office but this. I’ve been dreading this day for years. And am not ready for it! Please help! Lol. TIA!!
