Can rabbits sense pregnancy?

So I'm between 7/10 weeks pregnant (the dr and midwive have chartered me different and I wont know until my scan) anyway I have a young male rabbit called Dax,

hes neutered and usually hes very docile but today hes just suddenly become disobedient and showing his litter tray upside down for no reason, just really been destructive and going places he knows he not allowed to go and generally not listening to me, but will instantly listen to his dad 🤷‍♀️ is this normal? Or is he picking up my hormones and doesnt want to listen to me anymore? 😂
