Spilled milk - can I salvage it?

FTM here and so upset! I pumped 5 oz this morning (the most I’ve ever gotten in a pumping session) and when I go to freeze it, the Medela bag must have had a hole and it started leaking out! I freaked out and poured what was in the bag back into the bottle. I’m not sure if I should still use what I salvaged because of the hole in the bag - worried the milk might have touched my kitchen table/counter/sink and gotten contaminated. Is it worth using or should I be safe and throw it out?
