Lower Back Pain
35 + 1 and I went to the park for 2 hrs this morning with my toddler...ever since we got home (2+hrs now) I've experienced extreme lower back pain. Tried heat, my usual go to, and no improvement. Now I'm having crazy thoughts...could I be experiencing back labor? My son came a month early so I'm at higher risk for preterm.
