Now that I’m out of the first trimester, I allowed myself a ½ a glass after a REALLY long day at work this week. Can’t say I’d ever make it a more than one glass once a week affair. Just a treat to make me feel human on a very bad day. And I’d be careful about who I did it around too!

I personally wouldn't risk it. Even just a little bit of alcohol can cause issues for baby.

I've never been a big drinker and I can't stand wine, but I've been told that a little bit here and there isn't an issue. I wouldn't personally do it, but that's just me. And again, I have like 1 drink every 6 months or so, so it's not an issue for me not to.
