Pregnancy after MC

I had a MC in April - I was 8 weeks and my doctor told me I had a blighted ovum (a 6 week sac and no baby). I started to naturally miscarry in the next few days.

Now I am 8 weeks with baby #2 - we saw the heartbeat and normal development at 6 weeks 3 days but I am still on edge. I haven’t been nauseous and my various symptoms come and go but my chest is continuously sore and extremely tired. I haven’t bled but I didn’t with baby #1 until after my doctor informed me they were gone.

Hoping everything is still normal and will have a good update at appointment next week. I know the stats say two in a row is very rare but it’s hard to stay calm. Have any of you been through a similar situation?
