So I have this ex boyfriend I use to date for 5 years we use to break up so much he was so toxic and sexually abused me and every time I would go away from him some how I would go back he makes new ig account and every time I fall for it now I’m free and I moved far away and have a new bf that treats me the way I deserve but my ex keeps dming me and making new ig accounts and I keep blocking him it’s been 5 times already this month but this has been going on for years, he has called me a fat slut for not

Wanting to be with him he has came to my house drunk and high at for in the morning screaming my name, how can I end this? How can I stop this? Do I call the police? who do I call? What do I ask them? how can I stop this?
