Low milk supply....
I am formula/breastfeeding. About 90% formula, 10% breastfeeding.
My diet is not the best at all. Always eating junk food\fast food, but do take my prenatals.
Is baby benefiting at all from the small amount of breast milk she is receiving at all especially with my diet being bad, does she get any antibodies and all that? Probably eats 1 oz of breastmilk a day.
