Adoption

My husband Shaun and I have been trying to get pregnant for years now. We were so depressed because we could have a child on our own so we wanted to adopt. We took a trip to the adoption center and we found a beautiful baby girl named Sophie. She is such the sweetest thing. We finalized the papers this August. Shaun and I are so excited. .... But we just found out that I'm pregnant. What should I do I have one baby girl already and now I'm pregnant. I love Sophie and I want to keep our baby. I now understand Sophie is my little angel and so is my baby so I'm of course keeping them both. Do you guys have any advice for parenting two babies
