Help: second degree tear
I gave birth 3 days ago, I'm using sitz bath, ibuprofen, dermaplast, and tucks regularly but the stitches hurt like crazy!
I keep trying to ice but it's hard to sit on much of anything...
Any advice? I'm going insane! 😭
Update: it's been a week and I'm starting to feel better, it seems like time is the only thing that really helps.. day 3 was the worst though by far! Now if I could only sit comfortably lol
