Help! So confused

I normally have 6wk periods.

My dr had my start progesterone cream (which helped me regulate and conceive my first a few years ago and back then I was very irregular)

So my period is due next Friday (6 days from now).

Yesterday (7 days before) I got what I thought was implantation. Pink. Only once and stopped. Today same thing. But twice.

Now I worry it might be my period showing very early?

I normally have lots of cramps and I have none! I have a moderate to heavy flow and this is only when I use the bathroom once in a while...barely hits liner in underwear.

Took test this afternoon. I know itsquite early. But idk what to think.

Said I’m suppose to stop progesterone cream when period starts orrr if I’m pregnant then up to 12weeks gestation. Do I stop and let a period start? Or keep taking it and hope I’m pregnant
