Is it just me??

So is it just me or does the 3rd pregnancy seem to be the worst??? I had no problems with my first two pregnancies. This third one I have gestational diabetes medication contriled, I'm anemic, and I'm just flat out way more miserable. Anyone else??

Surprisingly my 3rd was the easiest! I didnt have many symptoms and I got to keep my baby in past 38 weeks, which is great for me! The newborn stage was another thing though! My 3rd baby had colic, reflux, and has spasming pyloric sphincter that causes irritability! But he is such a handsome boy, and is quite the little talker since we got him more comfortable!

Each of mine was worse than the previous one. My first was cake. Second I had high blood pressure, anemia, severely low vitamin levels even with a healthy diet and prenatals, I ended up having to be induced. Third had a weight limit of 5 lbs, couldn’t pick my toddlers up, walk our dog, or work for that matter. No one would hire me anyways because of the weight restriction, not even fast food because of the boxes of syrup for the soda machines. I was put on bed rest 2x, and during the second trimester until even now I’ve had to stop using care products I have used for years and switch brands completely (face wash, moisturizer, shampoo and conditioner, body lotions). Water was even burning my skin and causing blisters or my skin to crack and bleed, so my SO had to pick up the task of doing dishes and our kids baths on top of working. I became allergic to tomatoes, which I can now have but can’t stand the taste of anymore. After my second pregnancy, a childhood allergy to lavender went away somehow - just smelling the plant would give me an instant migraine and cause my nose to start gushing blood, and my legs and arms would spasm and jerk. Now I’m able to even bake with it, make carpet freshener, use essential oils for bug spray etc. Thankfully all that ended, but holy hell I wouldn’t wish that on anyone, on top of feeling like I can’t do anything because my body can’t handle it. I’m 4 weeks postpartum after a super fast delivery (we almost had to deliver her in our car), I honestly can’t even tell that I had a baby or that I was even pregnant since 1 week pp. I’ve already lost 23 lbs and am back into my pre-pregnancy clothes.

Each of my pregnancies got progressively worse. No problems or health issues. Just more miserable and sick each time. My 1st trimester was the worst with my 3rd. I vomited several times, was so sick all I could do was lay on the bathroom floor because it was cool, and I couldn't eat much. Then my 3rd trimester I was so miserable. My whole body hurt, my nausea came back, she was laying on my sciatic nerve all the time. It's worth it but dang I hated it. Lol!

Im on my 3rd now (all pregnancies within 5yrs) and it’s been just as easy as my first two 🤷‍♀️ I do have some nausea this time around with food aversions, which is new for me, but I can’t complain.

My second pregnancy was better in all the ways my first was bad, and worse in all the ways my first was fine. I’m interested to see which way this one will go 😬
