Did I ovulate?

I usually feel PAIN on my ovary when im ovulating. It can last a few hours or most of the day but this month was different. After a few months I finally got a BLAZING positive (test line was darker than control line) August 30th around 7 pm but didnt feel my usual pain that day or the day after which is when I normally do. I felt a tiny bit of pressure but im thinking that might just be in my head since I didnt get my usual painful ovulation. What do you think? Could you get a very positive opk test and still not ovulate? I have also been under an insane amount of stress these last 2 weeks.
