Anyone having severe insomnia wk9/10?

Literally got zero hours sleep tonight. I’m at my whits end. Was sleeping great til week 9, does this pass??

I did around that time. I'm 12+ weeks now and it's better but not perfect.

I am going through the same went from sleeping amazing like 9 hours a night until about 10 weeks, I am 13 weeks 4 days currently and it’s still been pretty bad. Mostly I fall asleep okay but only sleep a couple hours then wake up unable to fall back to sleep for a couple hours..by the time I do fall back to sleep my alarm goes off to get up for work about an hour-hour and half later. Serious torture!

I'm almost 12 weeks and I have had insomnia on several nights. I think eating certain foods brings it on, as well as indigestion and heartburn. So far I just normally wait it out til I eventually get tired enough to fall asleep again.
