IUD bleeding....please help!!

So I got my copper IUD in the beginning of May and it’s been over 3 months!! I’ve been bleeding every single day 24/7 and I can’t tell whether it’s my period or I’m just spotting. 80% of the time it’s heavy bleeding.

And when I try to check the strings I can’t seem to find it.. maybe because I have small fingers?

If it helps I got the Mona Lisa 5 Mini.

Please help!!! I need some advice. Is this normal?
