IUD SLIPPED ?!?! Labor Day tomorrow .....

I think my iud slipped ... I had my period on the 15th of last month and me and my fiancé had some rough sex twice and afterwards I was sore . I know that necessarily rough sex won’t knock it out of place but the past few days I haven’t really felt good . I’ve been working constantly and after I eat my belly starts to cramp really bad and my stomach has been cramping and feels like there’s pressure on it too . I checked it and usually I have to life my leg up and check for it with my middle finger but I can put my index finger in and halfway I can feel the string... I have to work tomorrow idk what to do my fiancé thinks I’m a hypochondriac and idk if I should call out tomorrow or I’ll probably be okay .... please any suggestions........
