Anyone w/ Intense stomach/ribs cramps 16w
Last night and tonight ive had lower back cramps that ive been chalking up to round ligament pain and also constipation(ive been pooping like crazy after days of nothing) but tonight i just had a really bad stomach ache/cramp. It was my stomach muscles ribs. And side muscles near my back. Lasted for what seems like a minute but couldve been less. Is this normal???? Maybe it is pain from the constipation ordeal? No bleeding or extra fluids.
