So anxious about giving birth (FTM) 😓😢

My due date was yesterday and up until this point I honestly haven’t put much though into the birthing/labor process other than I’d like to have a natural birth if possible. But now that my due date has come and gone, all of a sudden I am FREAKED OUT. I’m so scared of the pain of labor (doubting if I am capable of a natural childbirth) and after I’m so scared to be a mom. I have almost 0 experience with babies, and my husband and I live incredibly far from our families and will have no support in that department.

Does anyone have any advice or any words that might help lessen my anxiety?
