Favorite freezer meals?

I want to start prepping some easy freezer meals that we can just pop in the oven for dinners after baby gets here. Any ideas??

This past Saturday I went to town and prepped:
- single serve smoothies (cut up fruit, froze in sandwich bags)
- potato soup
- bean and vegetable soup 
- pesto pasta with chicken
- ravioli with spinach and sauce 
- fajita vegetables and pulled chicken
- dinner roll breakfast buns 
- chicken burrito bowls 
I also made a boat load of shredded chicken in the Instant Pot and separated it into 3-4 bags to have ready to go with anything. 
Everything can just be defrosted and heated up in single servings or heat the whole pan for a family dinner!

I’d like to start eating a bit healthier once baby is born so I’m making lots of bean soups (Black, pinto, white beans), seafood soups, bone broth (taken out of freezer add potatoes, yucca, yautia etc. spinach), lots of frozen fruits for quick smoothies and juices.  Ratatouille, curry cauliflower. That’s it for now 😊

I went to Costco the other day and stocked up on stuff there for the freezer. We got:
- tortallini
- burritos
- tamales
- ramen bowls
- pot stickers
Probably some other things I'm forgetting.

My mom said you can freeze like pasta sauce and nacho mix etc on the freezer for easy defrosting and then you just make whatever else you need with it... in New Zealand we get really nice meat pies so I’ve ordered some of those to go in the freezer 👍🏻 maybe pot pies if you’re in the US? 🥧 I remember those being really tasty 🤤

Favorites are: 
turkey enchiladas (hiding lots of veggies in there!)
Pasta bake - don’t need to go full on lasagne, just mix your favorite veggies with cheese, sauce, noodles (I’ve done everything from red sauce with spicy chx sausage to olive oil & cream sauce with spinach) 
Soups & chili of many varieties:) 
And then just prepping ingredients for our favorite go to meals: pre cook ground turkey for tacos, chop veggies & freeze, breakfast muffins, smoothies
