Abdominal pain

So I woke up today with some intense upper abdominal pain. It almost feels like gas pains and the pain when i had gallstones mixed. It's in my upper right side where my ribs are. Its constant and it's been about an hr now. I'm laying here hoping it would ease up but it isn't. every turn or breath I take it hurts. Has anyone had this sort of pain? In wondering if I should go to l&d but I dont wanna go for nothing.

Also should add that I'm 37 weeks today
