WHATS WRONG⁉️😬

So I have PCOS but I recently took birth control from Feb 12th until May 2nd to help the irregular periods. Throughout that time my periods were ab 3-8 days and not much blood. From May 2nd until late July I didn’t have one. Then for the first time after I got off birth control, I got my “period”. Well I bled from that day until Aug 27. So for a month I bled. That day I decided to take birth control (Aug 27) to stop the bleeding & literally it stopped. I didn’t wanna be back on birth control for that long so I took it for 3 days and for those 3 days I didn’t bleed and I even had medium clear discharge. I lasted a day and a half without BC & without bleeding. Then I had brown discharge last night & now I have blood and brown discharge right now. Please give me some advice other than the doctors. I don’t have Medicaid as of right now until this winter.🙁 I don’t want to continue to bleed or be on birth control for long bc it makes my body ache and I have a lot of headaches🤦🏻‍♀️
