The right time to get in shape ?
I was due with DD August 23rd and she arrived one week early on August 16th. I had regular vagina delivery no tear or anything I am perfectly fine and I feel fine. 2 weeks and 3 days post and I know we aren’t suppose to work out until our 6 week post visit but I really don’t want to wait that long. I am so ready to at least do a light workout if I can, but I don’t want to mess up the healing process either. Does any one know of any light workouts I can start now? should I just wait until 6 weeks or talk to my dr ?
