Lasting nerve damage PIO shots?

I finished 14 weeks of PIO shots on June 20th and still have numbness and nerve pain at and radiating around the general injection sites. Has anyone had this discomfort last for months and still eventually heal?

I had numbness for a longgggg time after. It did eventually go away though! I would say it was maybe almost a year after being done with them.

This is where my doctor told me to do them. I was told not to do it in the hi area or it could cause nerve damage?
