Stomach bug?

My little has spit up more today than her whole life! She hardly ever spits up! Today though it's like she cant keep anything down. A few minutes after she eats it's all back up. My husband and I have both had to shower and change clothes at least 3 times today... she acts hungry but she just spits it right back up. Other than that she seems fine. Shes not sleeping anymore than normal. She hasnt fussed anymore than normal. What can I do to keep her food down? Nobody else in the house has been sick and she hasnt been around anybody else. She has had multiple blowouts today from her neck to her feet.
