10 weeks 1 day and diarreha 😣

So if I’m not constipated I’m having diarrhea 😑 ... is it normal to have diarrhea on the first trimester? I have been having it for almost my entire 10 weeks ... only maybe 3 days a week it’s a “normal” day ... I lost 10 pounds since I got pregnant but at least my blood work looks fine ... idk what to eat ... I change my vitamins cause the last ones had to much iron but the loose stool keeps coming 😰 ... I just hope everything is fine ... can’t wait for my 12 weeks ultrasound already
