Give me some advice?

Okay so I just started talking to this guy and we’re just having regular conversation you know, just getting to know eachother. I’m not good at flirting and all of that, how do I transition from regular conversation to letting him know I like him? (He probably already has an idea since I asked for his number but I want to show it through text and in person). I really do hope this goes somewhere and leads to us being in a relationship. But advice? How do I transition? What’re some things I should say? (Obviously won’t be transitioning that soon cause we’re still getting to know eachother but yeah) And should I ask him to hangout & stuff? Usually the guy makes the moves though but 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ idk I kinda feel like he’s the same way as me and is scared to make moves
